  1. Our staff will treat you with respect and each employee will be professionally dressed and trained to perform his or her assigned tasks at your facility.
  2. All TotalKare employees will be able to communicate information related to your project, specifically its progress and/or status, with you whenever necessary.
  3. TotalKare will designate a lead technician for your installation who will be your point of contact for any questions about the job and its progress.
  4. We will promptly correct any aspect of our work that is unsatisfactory to you.
  5. Your job site will be left neat & clean each and every day.
  6. Our company vehicles will be clean and identifiable, and will not detract from the appearance of your facility.
  7. We will be there when we say we will and we will do what we promise to do.
  8. You will receive accurate and detailed invoices for each phase of your project and for any additional work or changes that you have approved.
  9. You will be completely satisfied with all aspects of the work we do for you.
  10. If something we install does not perform as it should, we will replace it for free during the warranty period on the equipment.
