RAC1 certification is Stanley Healthcare's Solution's most comprehensive level of certification that covers system operation, design, integration, hardware and software installation, commissioning and troubleshooting for the Roam Alert System. Although a minimum of (5) individuals per dealer are required to attend and pass the tests provided, at a high rate, TotalKare elected to have the entire company RAC1 certified. Through such theoretical and practical training, TotalKare technicians have a thorough understanding of the System from all aspects.
