TotalKare is renowned for the quality of service it provides its customers for the past 20 years. A service call can be placed by phone by calling toll free at 1-800-471-5273 or locally at 1-315-471-4477, ext. 225, or via e-mail at services@totalkare.com

Service Calls can be placed between 8am-5pm (EST), Monday through Friday, except on holidays. Telephone support is available for contractual customers with various options to suit most requirements. Please call our service department for more details.

Extended Services Contracts (ESC’s) that provide 24/7 telephone support are also available. More information regarding costs and conditions can be obtained from the Service Dept.

Support Contracts:

TotalKare provides contracts for prepaid support with various options, from basic “System Health Checks or Preventative Maintenance,” to Extended Service Contracts (ESC’s) with “Parts Only” or “All Inclusive” options to cater to a client’s budgetary requirements. Such contracts are available at the time of purchase of a new system or for an existing customer with a “new generation system,” such as Roam Alert or CarePoint. For more information, please contact your Sales Representative or the Service Dept. at TotalKare.

System Health Check:

Performed annually or bi-annually, the System Health Check provides clients with the peace of mind their system is functioning per the manufacturer’s specifications. This plan also provides free telephone support Monday-Friday from 8-5 (excluding holiday’s).

“Parts Only” ESC

This Contract covers all parts for the system for a period of three years.

“All Inclusive” ESC

This premium Contract covers all parts and labor for the system for a period of three years.
ESC’s also include an annual System Health Check at no additional charge.

Training

In many cases, customer situations change and new employees operate or take charge of the system without the necessary background or training to provide adequate support. TotalKare is able to provide “in-service” training on request. This is an excellent opportunity for existing staff to re-familiarize themselves with the system. For specialized training beyond an in-service, please call the Service Dept. at TotalKare.
